I have travelled and eaten in fine restaurants all around the world, and find Kalvas to rank with the best. With its relaxing atmosphere and friendly service, it exceeds what one would expect from a first class establishment. Food presentation is beautiful and eloquent. With preparation and proportions that surprise me each visit. Add to this the entertainment of solo guitarist ‘Dave Hart’ (who’s musical talents are only rivaled by the food) and you have a very special night out, sure to make you want to come back for more. So if you’re looking for a special treat, to impress someone or just a fabulous night out of fine dining and musical entertainment, go Kalvas – The Log House. It’s sure to please and a pearl on Vancouver Island.
